The Vodka pizza was created here at the original Goodfella’s at 1718 Hylan Blvd It was my creation in 1993. I was hungry at the end of the night and there was some left over vodka sauce sitting in a saute pan. I decided to make it on a pizza with prosciutto, peas and mushrooms just like the pasta dish we make. It was fantastic. It was so Good that it was “Voted Best Pizza in America” our First year in Business at the Jacob Javits Center New York City. There is only one original Goodfella’s And only one Original Vodka Pizza.
