IMG00753IMG00752I experienced the must wonderful thing last year, The International Pizza show in Las Vegas, my teammate and Boss Andrew Scudera (Already a Winner in this competition) and I took first place at the Northeast Cathegory with a Seafood Medley pie,  and let me tell you, is 2 things we learned that year, is so many wonderful people outthere and they love what they do, and we all do it for you .our beloved customer.

Creativity! When it comes to making great pizza you have to have a little bit of  of an artist in you. You have to let your imagination and your senses work together. At our Pizza school we work to bring out the artist in you. First and for most you have to start with the best ingredients and put them together in away that  allows your guest to have a pleasant  experience, especially  when it come to taste and eye appeal. There seems to be a little truth when people say that “you do eat with your eyes”.    Lets face it if it doesn’t look good you may not want to eat it at all! So when it comes to making good pizza keep in mind the eye appeal!


Braided crusts are a lot of work but can defiantly create a statement.  Fresh basil leaves on top, the correct char to the pizza, just the right placement of toppings all say that you care. At our Pizza school we train you to see this and do this, its a very important step in creating great pizza! So remember taste and eye appeal work well together. Let us bring out the artist in you!
